i-10 Hospitality’s Cruisin’ to Gonzales, Louisiana with a New 15,000 Square Foot Shopping enter Gonzales, Louisiana soon to be home to a new shopping center with two unique restaurant concepts and four retailers.
Louisiana based I-10 Hospitality, LLC, a restaurant, hotel and gaming management company has selected 2706 S. Cabelas Parkway in Gonzales, as the site for their 15,000 square foot shopping center, which will include two restaurants and four retailers. The site is located just off Interstate 10 and Highway 30 at Exit 177 near the Tanger® Outlet Mall and Cabela’s®. The first restaurant within the center is scheduled to open before Christmas 2014. “We are very excited that our newest project will be in Gonzales. We love this community and this fantastic location. The addition of these two restaurants and four retailers should be a perfect fit for this rapidly growing area,” said I-10 Hospitality’s Dream Weaver (aka President and Chief Executive Officer), Geno M. The Gonzales, La. site will be a 15,000 square foot shopping center, which is currently under construction on 2.5 acres. The opening of shopping center is expected to add more than 100 permanent jobs to Gonzales.
